What is your minimum order quantity?
No MOQ. We support 1-piece prototypes and scale to volume production on the same equipment set.
How fast can I get a quote?
Quotes are returned within 24 hours of receiving complete 2D/3D files. Send drawings to [email protected].
What file formats do you accept?
2D: PDF, DWG, DXF. 3D: STEP, IGES, XT, SLDPRT, IPT. Provide both 2D and 3D when available for the most accurate quote.
Where are you located?
1/F, Building 1, No.30 Changyue Road, Guangming District, Shenzhen, China. Factory visits by appointment.
Quality
What certifications do you hold?
ISO 9001:2015 (ZTIC), ISO 13485:2016 (NQCC), and AS9100D / EN 9100:2018 (Bureau Veritas).
Do you provide inspection reports?
Yes. Every order includes a dimensional inspection report. FAI (first article inspection) is provided for new parts. CMM data available on request.
What is your standard tolerance?
±0.005 mm for machined features. ±0.002 mm on specific 5-axis features with full CMM verification. CMM accuracy: 0.0015 mm.
Production
What is the typical lead time?
Prototypes: 5-7 working days. Production: 2-4 weeks depending on quantity. Expedited service available on request.
Can you machine custom materials not on your standard list?
We handle most machinable metals and plastics. Contact us with your material specification and we will confirm feasibility.
Do you offer surface treatment?
Yes. Anodizing, plating, powder coating, passivation, black oxide, polishing, and conversion coating through our qualified partner network.
