Titanium Grades
Commercially pure titanium (Grade 2) and Ti-6Al-4V (Grade 5) are the most common grades we machine. Titanium offers the highest strength-to-weight ratio of any machinable metal.
Machining Titanium
Titanium requires rigid machines, sharp tooling, and controlled parameters. Our Mazak 5-axis centers and CNC lathes are well-suited for titanium work. Coolant delivery and chip control are critical for surface integrity.
